We service all three Cozumel cruise terminals: Puerta Maya, International Pier (SSA), and Punta Langosta (downtown). We coordinate meeting points close to the port exit, no confusion or wandering around getting lost with your whole group.

Our taxi can seat up to 6 passengers, and our standard private vans seat up to 14 passengers comfortably (with luggage for airport transfers). For larger groups — weddings, family reunions, corporate events — we coordinate multiple vehicles with synchronized pickup times. There's no group too large; just let us know your party size when you request a quote.

Absolutely. All our transport packages can include both pickup and drop-off. For cruise guests, we time your return trip to ensure you're back well ahead of your ship's sail-away. For activity-based tours, your driver waits for you or returns at a pre-arranged time — whichever you prefer.

We live here and monitor cruise schedules daily. If your ship is delayed, switches piers, or arrives at a different time, we automatically adjust — you don't need to chase us. If your ship is unable to dock due to weather conditions, we offer a full refund or free reschedule, no questions asked. Your peace of mind is our priority.

Our base quotes cover your private transportation. Entry fees for sites like San Gervasio (~$14 USD), Punta Sur (~$16 USD), or the Marine Park bracelet (~$6 USD) are typically paid at the entrance. We always tell you in advance exactly what to expect. If you'd like fees bundled into a single package price, just ask — we can arrange that on request.

When you book a nightlife tour, we provide private round-trip transportation for your entire group all evening so no one has to worry about getting home safely. Just ask us to add it to your request.

For cruise-day tours, we recommend booking at least 48–72 hours in advance to guarantee availability and give us time to coordinate properly. For airport transfers, 24 hours is usually sufficient. That said, if you're already on the island and need something same-day, message us on WhatsApp — we'll do everything we can to make it happen.

We accept cash (USD or Mexican Pesos) as well as major credit and debit cards. For most bookings, no deposit is required to hold your reservation — we simply confirm via WhatsApp and settle on the day of your tour. For large group events or multi-day packages, we may ask for a small deposit to secure logistics.

We understand that travel plans change. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance receive a full refund or free reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a partial fee depending on third-party bookings already made on your behalf (boats, guides, etc.). If your cruise cannot dock due to weather, you owe nothing — full refund, always.

Cozumel is consistently recognized as one of the safest destinations in Mexico for international visitors. US Dollars are widely accepted in Cozumel, especially at tourist-facing businesses, beach clubs, and major sites. However, Mexican Pesos will get you a better exchange rate at local markets, street food spots, and smaller shops. ATMs are readily available in San Miguel.
